Welcome to the SlipperyBean Help Zone. We have updated our help section to make things simple and quick to use.

SlipperyBean has now been taken over by a couple of our active members, a husband and wife team from London England. Upon taking over we realized that quite a lot of support tickets were not available to us.

If your support ticket was not answered with 24 hours, or your website was not setup, please email us and we will get to you as soon as we can. You have our apologies for any delays you may have faced over the past few weeks.

If you are not a member, and do not have an account with us, you can email [email protected]

We offer two membership levels, one is a simple page on our website, the other is a full website of your own.

Both get a listing in our directory and the Latest Sellers section of our website. We will also promote your page/website on our socials.

How Do I Cancel My Account?

If you decide to leave us, you can do so at anytime by closing your account. All you have to do is email us at [email protected] and let us know.  You must email us, as our support system is just swallowing messages without telling us.

We will be sad too see you go, but will close your account.. Your page will automatically be removed as soon as your paid period is up.

How Do I Find My Page?

Once you have finished adding content to your website, let us know, and it will be added to the ‘Latest Sellers‘ section of our website, usually within 24 hours.
